Nicholaos Krenteras '06
Managing Director, Pine Brook Road Partners
Mr. Krenteras joined Pine Brook in August 2006 and is a managing director on the financial services investment team. He is also a member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Krenteras currently represents Pine Brook as a director of Belmont Green Limited, Better Mortgage, Clear Blue Financial Holdings LLC and Syndicate Holding Corp.
Mr. Krenteras has 20 years of private equity investment and operating experience. Prior to joining Pine Brook, Mr. Krenteras spent nine years in the financial services industry working for LabMorgan, JP Morgan’s financial technology venture capital arm, as vice president of portfolio development. Earlier in his career, he worked for Bank of America as an interest rate derivatives trader and as the vice president of trading and business development for Pedestal Capital, a start-up institutional brokerage for mortgage-backed securities.
Mr. Krenteras holds an A.B. in International Relations from Brown University and an M.B.A. from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business, where he was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society.
Partner, Level Equity
Sarah Sommer founded and is a partner at Level Equity. She has spent her career as an investor in growth-stage software, media and internet companies. Prior to Level Equity she was a member of the investment team at Insight Venture Partners. Sarah is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where she was a Joseph Wharton Scholar.
Jamie Manges '03
Partner and Head of Consumer, Trilantic North America
Jamie joined Trilantic North America at its inception in 2009, prior to which he was a Principal at Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking (LBMB). Jamie is currently Chairman of the Board of Sunrise Strategic Partners and a director of Traeger Pellet Grills LLC (former Chairman), Home Franchise Concepts, LLC and Ortholite Holdings LLC. He was previously Chairman of the Board of Implus Corporation and a director of Fortitech, Inc. and SRAM LLC. He is also currently a member of the New York board of UNICEF. Prior to joining LBMB in 2008, Jamie worked as a Vice President at Lazard Alternative Investments, the private equity investment arm of Lazard, providing growth equity to middle market businesses. Earlier in his career, he worked in the Leveraged Finance Group in investment banking at Merrill Lynch & Co. Jamie holds a B.A., cum laude, from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
Managing Director, PWP Growth Equity
Mr. McKee has more than 15 years of investment experience. Prior to joining PWP Growth Equity, he was a Partner at Weston Presidio. Prior to Weston Presidio, Mr. McKee worked at Greenbriar Equity Group and Compass Partners International.
Mr. McKee earned an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BSBA from Georgetown University. He currently serves on the Board of MSA Security and Western Window Systems.
Andrew joined NEA in 2014 and is a Principal focused on enterprise and consumer technology investments and has worked across NEA’s US and China investment practices. Andrew sits on the boards of CCP Games, Qadium, and IonQ. He is actively involved in NEA’s investments in Code42, Curalate, Duolingo, Pentaho (acquired), Pocket (acquired), RocketChat, Tamr, ThreatQuotient, and ZeroFOX.
Prior to NEA, Andrew was an Analyst at Blackstone in New York. In addition, Andrew co-founded digital media company Flicstart (acquired). Andrew completed his Master’s degree as a Schwarzman Scholar at Tsinghua University in Beijing. He completed his Bachelor’s degree at Cornell University, where he graduated with Phi Beta Kappa honors in both Economics in the College of Arts and Sciences and Science of Earth Systems in the College of Engineering. Andrew serves on the Advisory Council for Entrepreneurship at Cornell and is President Emeritus of the Cornell Venture Capital Club. He also serves on the board of the Diyalo Foundation focusing on sustainable development and education in rural Nepal, and on the board of the National Udall Scholarship Association focusing on issues related to environmental sustainability.

Mr. Farina heads Sixpoint’s San Francisco office and has overall responsibility for West Coast and Texas distribution. Prior to joining Sixpoint, Mr. Farina was a Vice President in the M&A advisory group at Evercore Partners. Prior to a career in finance, Mr. Farina was a Captain in the United States Air Force where he was a computer security specialist for the Defense Intelligence Agency within the U.S. Intelligence Community. He earned an MBA from Columbia Business School, a Master of Science degree in Information Security from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the U.S. Air Force Academy. He is a General Securities Representative (Series 7, Series 63) and a General Securities Principal (Series 24), registered with FINRA.
