Managing Director, Advent International Corporation
Kevin Feinblum joined Advent International in 2009. His previous private equity experience includes working with companies in the industrial, chemical, paper and retail industries.
Before joining Advent, Kevin worked at Sun Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm focused on investing in distressed and underperforming companies. At Sun Capital Partners Kevin participated in successful investments in several US and European companies in the industrial, chemical and manufacturing sectors. Prior to Sun Capital Kevin was part of the Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking Group, a private equity division of Lehman Brothers Inc. that focused on leverage buyouts of middle-market companies. Kevin began his career with Salomon Brothers Inc. as an analyst in the Financial Institutions Group.
Kevin has a BA in economics, cum laude, from Yale University and a JD & MBA from Columbia University.
Managing Director, Eurazeo Capital
Eric Schaefer is Managing Director of Eurazeo Capital, based in New York. He is responsible for sourcing and executing investments and overseeing the performance of Eurazeo’s portfolio companies. Since joining the firm in 2004, Mr. Schaefer has specialized in the consumer goods and business services sectors and participated in the structuring or development of Eutelsat, B&B Hotels, Europcar, Elis, Asmodee and CPK. He currently serves on the boards of Europcar Groupe SA and Asmodee Group. Mr. Schaefer was named a Dow Jones’ Private Equity News 40 Under 40 Rising Stars of Private Equity in 2015 and a French American Foundation Young Leader in 2016.
Mr. Schaefer has master’s degrees in finance from Ecole Polytechnique and HEC-Paris.
Managing Director, CVC
James Christopoulos is a Managing Director and joined CVC in 2014. James is a member of the CVC North America team. He is based in New York. Prior to joining CVC, James was a Principal at Investcorp, which he joined in 2005 from UBS. James holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Columbia University.
Larry co-founded Tailwind and is the Managing Partner of the Firm.
Larry has been active in the private equity business for more than 30 years and has served as a board member of over 45 private equity-backed companies. He began his career at Morgan Stanley where he was a Managing Director and a senior executive in the private equity business. After Morgan Stanley, Larry worked at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe as a General Partner and member of the investment and management committees.

Senior Advisory Partner & Managing Director from Kelso
Frank joined Kelso in 1987. He spent the preceding two years as an Investment Analyst with New York Life Insurance Company.
Frank is currently a director of Ellis Communications, Nivel, Sirius Computer Solutions and US LBM. He has served as a director on the boards of many Kelso portfolio companies, including 21st Century Newspapers, Custom Building Products, Cygnus Publishing, Endurance Business Media, PSAV, Sentinel Data Centers, Truck-Lite and Universal Outdoor.
Frank received a B.A. in History from the University of Virginia in 1985. He is currently a Trustee of Prep for Prep, a New York-based non-profit organization, and is an Emeritus Trustee of The College Foundation of the University of Virginia.
Mr. Lee is a General Partner, having joined WCAS in 1999. Before joining WCAS, he worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the Mergers & Acquisitions and High Technology investment banking groups. He graduated from Harvard University in 1994.
His current investments include AIM Software and Clearwater Analytics. His former investments include GlobalCollect, SRS/Identifix, TransFirst and Triple Point.
Senior Partner, Kirkland & Ellis LLP
Srinivas Kaushik is a senior partner of Kirkland & Ellis in the New York office. He focuses on representing private equity firms and corporations, domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and growth capital investments. He also regularly represents portfolio companies of clients with respect to general corporate counseling and transactional matters. Srinivas is considered to be “fantastic at dealing with and looking after clients.” He is smart, organized and practical” per Chambers. In 2015, he was named a “Private Equity MVP” in Law360's “MVPs of the Year” for his work on some of the year's most high profile and complex deals. Srinivas is also a senior partner in the Firm's India practice where he has represented the Firm's clients in a number of acquisition/buyout and investment transactions in Indian companies, including in the largest leveraged acquisition to date. He is ranked in Band 1 by Chambers & Partners among lawyers with respect to investment funds investing in India. Srinivas attended the University of Chicago Law School and McGill University to obtain his LL.M and the National Law School of India University for his B.A. LL.B.
